Speakers:	Janet Plume Program Director, Journal of Commerce Conferences and Editor of Breakbulk Magazine Ms. Plume has been writing for the Journal of Commerce since 1988. covering the transportaion of goods and commodities in the Gulf Coast region. Elizabeth Wetzel Managing Director for Center for Logistics and Transportation Policy College of Technology, University of Houston Ms. Wetzel brings a wealth of knowledge to the Center. She has 28 years of experience in logistics supply chains, procurement processes and international transportation, including experience in senior consulting positions in global consulting firms.
