9th Annual HACA Fall Golf Tournament
Date:  Monday, 7 November 2011


The cost of a HACA Hole Sponsorship at the November 8th tournament is $360.  We are asking participating sponsors to register and make payment by October 31, 2011.

The price of a hole sponsorship includes lunch and dinner, an ice chest, ice and the following beverages: 18 domestic beers (mixed, Miller Lite & Bud Light), 6 assorted sodas, 6 Powerades and 12 bottles of water.

All sponsors will have use of a golf cart and will receive a sign with their company name. Sponsors must provide their own tables, chairs, giveaways, etc.
