Golf Sponsor Registration


The cost of a HACA Hole Sponsorship at the May 17th tournament is $360.  We are asking participating sponsors to register and make payment by May 1, 2010.

The price of a hole sponsorship includes two lunches, two dinners, an ice chest, ice and the following beverages: 18 domestic beers, 6 sodas, 6 Gatorades and 12 waters.

All sponsors will have use of a golf cart and will also receive a sign with their company names.  Sponsors must provide their own tables, chairs, giveaways, etc.

To register for hole sponsorships at the upcoming HACA Golf Tournament, complete and submit the electronic form below.

When you have completed the form, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page and follow the prompt to the online payment system.
